TIPS TO DISTRACT YOURSELF FROM FOOD:
- Brush your teeth often. This will stop your appetite cravings.
- Walk your dog outside in the neighborhood!
- Take a bath or shower and think about why you want to eat what you’re craving. Is it because you’re tired, stressed, annoyed, angry, etc?
- Chew gum - peppermint take cravings away, and it gives you something to munch on.
- Go to the gym or exercise. I like playing the kinect on my xbox because it’s fun and burns calories at the same time!
- Go out with friends (NOT to a restaurant!)
- Go for a swim
- Go on tumblr and look at thinspiration
- Go take photos outside
- Try out new make-up/hair routines
- Read a book or listen to music
- The options are endless… just try to make yourself busy!
