I’ve never liked posters like this, because I always looked at them and instantly thought it was impossible because you’d  end up eating too many calories. But, I just worked pretty much this meal plan out with all the foods I would use, and guess how many calories it came to.
1065 calories with an apple added in there as an extra snack.
