Feel like eating that piece of cake? Put it down. Walk away. Run outside. Want to drive to mcdonalds? Purposely go into the farthest lane so you can’t get over. Want to go to steak n shake with friends? Eat before. Losing weight takes hard work and self discipline, but in the end it will be worth it- to go to the beach and be able to run without your fat jiggling, to fit into smaller clothes, to feel more confident, AND HAVE A HEALTHIER BODY! You can do this.
Find your inner bitch control.
