whispers-of-happiness:

Hey, my name is Caitlin. I’ve been bullied about being fat my whole life. People would push against the lockers saying I took the whole hallway, I was told I started the Japan earthquake, my step mother gave me certain ammounts of food I could eat a week. I’ve always struggled with my weight, thinking I was so ugly. I felt like everyone who looked at me thought that.
Well this is to the people who said I couldn’t ever put on a two piece bathing suit. Here I am, I did it. I didn’t listen to everything you said.
I don’t have to be size two just to wear a bikini. I’m happy who I am, and if its a little more tubby, thats okay (:  ahahha More cushion for da pushin.
But anyways. Whether your size 2, or size 32. You are BEAUTIFUL. Never listen to the bullies. They WILL NOT control you. You are better than that.
I AM BEAUTIFUL

This needs more notes

A 1,200 calorie diet along with exercise is what’s worked for me! A recent switch to weight watchers has been great for keeping motivation, you can eat all the fruit you want! For exercise I keep up with a mix of elliptical, spin class, boot camp class, and I especially love youtube videos by blogilates and toneitup! It makes anytime-fitness so accessible and motivating.
